Do cartridges/other products "go bad"?
Our products are best when consumed within 1 year of the manufacture date.

My battery is blinking, and my Platinum Vape pen stopped working. What do I do?
The blinking light indicates a low charge or a lack of connectivity between your battery and the cartridge. Make sure your battery is fully charged (30-45min). If the problem continues, try using a cotton swab moistened with rubbing alcohol to clean the contact points of both the battery and the cartridge.

How do I attach the cartriage to the battery?

  1. Remove cartridge from box and take off rubber ca at the bottom.
  2. Attach cartridge to battery by twisting, but do not screw on too tight.
  3. Take one to two short draws to activate.
  4. Once activated, take a puff for 3-5 seconds wait for full effect before consuming more.
  5. Use Responsibly.

How do I store my Platinum Vape?
Always store your Platinum Vape pen at a room temperature of 65-77 degrees. If you are storing your cartridge for later use, replace rubber cap to bottom to avoid leakage.
